The cultivation of vines was, and still is, an important activity in the central area of the Gallura region. Here there are a number of tools on display which were used in the vineyards and in the process of winemaking. One such tool is the cascietta, a chest used for wine pressing and the sa suppressa, a 17th centurry wooden winepress and a condenser-still.
